The Highland High School (UTAH) Class of 1959 celebrated its 65th reunion at Sugarhouse Park on September 11, 2024.
It had been decided that the class would like to have a class website where class members could share information with each other and at the same time feel safe and protected. Therefore after gathering information at the reunion, the website was created with a username and password Login page. The username and password was provided only to class members who submitted information.

What is unique about the class of 1959 is that it is the first graduating class of Highland High School. Classes started as Sophomores in 1957. Class colors were black and white and gold was added later. Highland High is noted for its National High School Champion Rugby teams. Some class members are well known nationally and internationally.
In 1957 Gary Sargent was the first Student Body president and when the first class graduated in 1959, Kent Johnson was the president.
